aspell-ml software package provides Malayalam (ml) dictionary for GNU aspell, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-ml
aspell-ml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-ml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-ml *
You will get with aspell-ml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
